Complimentary tool kits are included in the 5 Day Intro and the 4 Week Production Workshops, unless the course was purchased as part of a discounted promotion.

Refund Policy:

All bookings must be taken within 6 months of purchase. Discretion periods will remain exclusive to LSWM decisions.

The Booking Fee / Deposit is completely non refundable.

If for any reason you need to cancel the booking before or during the class, every effort will be made to offer you an alternative class date.

In the event of LSWM having to cancel the booking prior to the class date, the next alternative course dates will be offered or a full refund.

In no circumstances will travel expenses or accommodation costs be the responsibility of LSWM, and students are advised to take their own insurance against cancelation.

Fees:

All fees must be settled 4 weeks before the course starts. If a student is unable to pay their final payment, they are invited to cancel their booking and forfeit their non refundable deposit. We always advise students to contact us as soon as possible.

Health & Safety:

Whilst recommendations on correct health and safety practices are given throughout the classes, LSWM are in no way responsible for injuries or harm caused through improper practices whilst participating.

Protective eye wear is recommended when extracting dressmaking pins from canvas wig blocks with mounting pliers.

Knotting hooks are sharp and barbed, therefore students are asked to be mindful and take great care when using them.

Multi tasking when holding a hook in one's hand should be avoided, and it is advised that students secure their hooks within their kits when not in use.
